Great location and good value for money
Location was great for us as it was close to the train station. I had read reviews about the area not being so safe or so pleasant but apart from a drunken man making a noise outside in the early hours of the morning on our first night, we didn't have any issues. There were several good restaurants in walking distance and it was only 15-20 minutes away from all the sights that we visited. The breakfast was pretty good although a bit more variety would have been good given that we were there for five nights.
The pictures of this being an "art hotel" are probably out-of-date. Neither of our rooms looked like that. The elevator was extremely slow and many people (inc. us) were seen walking up & down the stairs.
